Policies
Shipping
Orders typically ship out within 2-3 business days. If you need a rush on an item, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate. I use USPS First Class Mail which takes 3-5 days. International orders can take 1-8 weeks and you are responsible for your country’s taxes and customs fees.
Returns
Each item listed is described in detail with several pictures and measurements. If you have questions about any of my pieces, please contact me and I will do my best to answer all of your questions. Returns/Refunds are handled on a case by case store credit basis. If there is a problem with your piece please contact me within 5 days of delivery to discuss resolution options. If you would like to exchange your item, you will need to ship it back at your expense within 2 weeks of delivery in it’s original condition.
Repairs
In the unfortunate event something comes loose due to defect (not wear and tear) I will do all I can to make it right for you!
Sizing
KNOW YOUR SIZE BEFORE YOU BUY. Our jewelry is not mass produced so each item is one of a kind. There is no other one like it and once it’s made it cannot be changed. If you’re not sure of your size you can pop in to any jewelry store and they will size you for free.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are handled on a case by case basis. My time is limited with work and family so I want the creative juices to flow allowing me to list my art as I am pulled to do so. At this time I am not taking on any customs, but if that changes I will announce it on all of my social media pages. Sorry, no refunds or exchanges on custom work
Care for Your Jewelry
This is hand made jewelry. Love it and treat it as art! It should hold up quite well, but it isn’t meant to be battered thrashed like the spinner chick in front of the main stage speaker at a music festival! Lol! But seriously.... inside the box your piece came in there is a small white Pro Polishing Pad to keep your jewelry shiny and clean for the next adventure! Try to avoid showering, swimming, or applying lotion when jewelry is on. This can affect the stones, and tarnish sterling silver which tarnishes in time anyway. However life happens so rock on! 😉
